The efforts made in the field to obtain healthy and perfectly ripe grapes are followed by a simple but careful and rigorous oenological transformation, carried out avoiding unnecessary manipulation and taking advantage of physical laws (heat, cold, force of gravity).
On completion of the grape cycle, we proceed quickly to the distillation of the marc and subsequent elevation in small wooden barrels.
Golden yellow in colour; particularly fine and intense on the nose, with clear notes of dried fruit, spices and vanilla.
